Mountain Bike Tour

Had a super fun and challenging mountain bike tour! You come to places that are otherwise impossible to come to and find hidden gems and beautiful salt pans. A must for anyone who likes a bit of adventure! We would do the tour again!

Fantastic experience! The guide was incredibly nice and could tell us a lot about the route and Curaçao. He was also very accommodating in the options (I had a sprained ankle). Beautiful route cycled with something for everyone. Nice cycling through the neighborhoods of Jan Thiel or blasting along the off road routes. There was also the opportunity to take photos of the beautiful surroundings. The guide himself also took photos which were sent to us later. Water was provided and you also got a nice cold drink. All in all a super experience. Really recommended if you’re on Curacao!

We had a really fun, varied tour, visited many places you would never have reached on your own. The route has some tough stretches, so some experience is advisable. Good mountain bikes, a really nice guide who had lots to tell, all in all a real must to discover Curacao in a different way.

Beautiful trip, nice and sporty, and you get to see different places on the island. The pace is well adapted to the person or group. Highly recommended.

Beautiful tour, adapted to the pace and wishes of the participant. Besides a beautiful route with challenging tracks, I also learned all sorts of things about the island. A really great excursion to do during your stay on Curaçao!

Good cycling route with explanation about mountain biking so everyone can keep up. The routes can be as tough as you want. And also nice explanations with lots of interesting info about the island. Definitely recommended!!

I had a really cool and challenging trip with Patrick, covering numerous natural singletracks and passing by many sights at a challenging pace. He had a lot to tell about history and everyday matters on Curaçao. I still look back on it fondly 👌 Definitely recommended!!

Patrick tackled it with great enthusiasm and also had a bit of humor now and then. Importantly, he made sure everyone was having a good time. He adjusted the route depending on whether you’re a beginner or advanced. A nice bit of tailoring on this varied trip!

This morning ( 10 December 2024) we did an Ebike And See MTB tour with the friendly host and very experienced mountain biker Patrick from Gocycling Curaçao . The bikes were very nice and new . We started from the parking lot at Mambo Beach and first went to the salt pans of the Jan Thiel Lagoon. Here we cycled around and partly through them and took beautiful photos of the flamingos.We continued our way through the old Mangrove forests bordering the Jan Thiel Lagoon and then headed for Caracas Bay, where we paused for the beautiful view over the Spanish Water. At the Spanish Water we were offered a refreshing drink at the water sports center. After this we made our way back to Mambo Beach. Patrick knows a lot about Curaçao and is a super good guide who also pays close attention to the cyclists he takes along. Booking one of the trips on offer from Gocycling Curaçao is recommended! For the more experienced mountain bikers there are also adventurous trips that go more off road. As inexperienced mountain bikers, we were very pleased with today’s trip ! I enjoyed a wonderful mountain bike tour in a small group with an excellent personal approach. Despite the heat, which was easily bearable thanks to cycling, it was very interesting. The guide was very knowledgeable about the area and knew the surprising paths and roads. Highly recommended, and I'm planning a second tour.

Did a beautiful trip today with good electric bikes. Cycled off road and saw beautiful bits of Curacao you don’t just get to. Patrick told things in a fun way too and knows a lot. The only thing was the weather wasn’t really on our side. A rain shower here and there but that didn’t spoil the fun. We enjoyed it. Marcel and Claudia

Really fun, sometimes tough bike ride, but that way you also see other sides of the island. Definitely recommended. Patrick also takes the fitness of the cyclists into account

Super fun mountain bike tour. I’ve been coming to Curacao for quite a few years, but this gives a whole new experience of the island. As an experienced cyclist there are fun challenges, but thanks to the availability of electric mountain bikes it’s accessible to everyone. Very skilled guide and an experience not soon to forget. Definitely do it!! Definitely recommended!!

Highly recommended. When I told people I wanted to go cycling in Curaçao, they started laughing or raising their eyebrows. But it's possible! Patrick knows the beautiful places, off the beaten track. He tells us about the nature, culture, and sometimes a bit of history. Really great fun. I don't have any mountain biking experience, but with a bit of fitness, it's perfectly doable. (Okay, I did go downhill once 😛)
