This rum distillery in the heart of Willemstad is a fun and tasty experience. They offer rum tastings with descriptions of the making of the various rums. It was amazing to compare rums aged in different barrels for different periods of time. They also offered tastings of their flavored rums: I particularly liked the passion fruit, which I've never seen offered by any other rum distilleries. I highly recommend this, both for the tastings and for the quality of the product.
